I have the energy of a 5 year old and I dress like an 18 year old and at some point I am going to have to start coming to the realisation that I am nearly 40, so I need to stop wearing ripped jeans and caps.
I love football, having played most of my life, am an avid runner and have completed multiple Half and Full Marathons, but the knees are getting weaker! Love spending time with my family, coming up with lots of new ideas and not taking life too seriously.
Job title: Co-Founder.
Area of expertise: The ideas person with bundles of Energy (not sure if that's an expertise... but hey!).
What did you do prior to recruitment? Not a great deal really. Had a couple of short stints as a Vending Machine Repair Man and a Sandwich Creator for my Dad's work and played football (badly).
Favourite place: A beer garden (socially distanced, of course), chatting about nothing!

Proudest achievement in work: Setting up EllisKnight with absolutely no Business Plan | Creating a happy working environment | Signing our first RPO contract | Becoming the 1st Recruitment Company to be Planet Mark Certified.
Proudest achievement outside of work: Running the London Marathon in under 3hrs 20mins and Organising two Super Hero Family Fun Days.
