Office Manager


We are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Office Manager to join a fast-growing property business in Central London.


This is a varied and hands-on role where you will help create a positive workplace experience, keep operations running smoothly, and play a key part in shaping company culture.


As Office Manager, you will provide important support to the senior leadership team with managing meetings, welcoming important guests and booking travel to industry events. You will coordinate internal events, organise fun team-building activities, while also supporting the People team with employee engagement, on-boarding of new starters.


You will be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, ensuring the office is welcoming, professional and well organised at all times.


Key responsibilities


  • Plan and coordinate internal events, company conferences, off-sites and team-building activities.
  • Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues, schedules and budgets.
  • Support employee engagement, internal communications and company-wide celebrations.
  • Assist with onboarding and day-to-day HR queries.
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, post and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and inclusive office environment.
  • Support health and safety processes across office locations.
  • Work closely with the People and Culture team to strengthen company values and culture.

About you:


  • Previous experience in Office Management, Events Coordination, Workplace Experience or a similar role.
  • Confident planning and delivering internal events, team socials, off-sites, conferences or company-wide gatherings.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, suppliers and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional approach.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and working with systems to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, culture initiatives or HR processes would be highly desirable.
