Temporary PBSA Accommodation Manager / Assistant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager or Assistant Accommodation Manager for a temporary position at a student accommodation site in Exeter.
The role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy PBSA residence.
- Lead and support the on-site accommodation team.
- Deliver excellent customer service to students and residents.
- Oversee check-ins, check-outs, maintenance issues and resident queries.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and university partners.
- Ensure health and safety, compliance and site standards are maintained.
- Previous PBSA, hotel or accommodation management experience is preferred.
- This role may suit as Assistant Accommodation Manager that wants some experience as an Accommodation Manager as the next step in their career development.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Immediate availability would be advantageous.
