Tenancy Coordinator
About the Role
A growing UK residential property company is seeking a Tenancy Coordinator to support the management of tenancies across its national portfolio. The role focuses on maintaining occupancy levels, managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews, and ensuring a high standard of resident service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.Key Responsibilities

Monitor tenancy anniversaries and key milestones across the portfolio

Manage tenancy continuation and renewal negotiations with residents

Coordinate rent reviews, including issuing notices in line with statutory requirements

Maintain accurate tenancy records and ensure internal systems are kept up to date

Support resident retention through proactive communication and engagement

Liaise with internal teams such as property management and finance to ensure smooth processes

Handle tenant enquiries via phone and email, providing updates and guidance where needed

Prepare tenancy documentation and assist with setting up rental payment arrangements

Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation and internal procedures

Support operational targets relating to occupancy, retention, and customer satisfaction
