Customer Service & Sales Assistant – Nottingham
Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | Start Date: August 2025 (ASAP)Are you passionate about people and love creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for a confident and people centric Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join a thriving student residence in Nottingham. This isn’t your typical front desk role, it's your chance to play a key part in building a warm, welcoming community where students feel right at home.
You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering exceptional service with every interaction. Whether it’s welcoming new arrivals, resolving issues with a calm and caring approach, or giving inspiring tours that convert leads into bookings, you’ll be central to creating a positive and lasting impression.
What you’ll be doing:

Acting as a friendly and approachable presence at reception, offering helpful and patient support to students

Responding to enquiries and solving problems quickly, with kindness and confidence

Conducting engaging building tours and supporting with sales conversions to help meet and exceed occupancy targets

Assisting with open days, social events, and community engagement through both in-person activities and digital platforms

Working closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the residence

Championing a team-oriented environment with a proactive, positive mindset
