Marketing Administrator

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing property development business to support their marketing activities and be part of a marketing team in Reading.

You'll support every part of the marketing function, from new development launches to resident events. You'll work closely with the marketing team, Lettings teams and external suppliers.

The role:

• Manage property listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket so they're accurate and compliant
• Update website content, including availability, photos, floorplans and local area pages
• Raise purchase orders, reconcile invoices and keep budget trackers up to date
• Look after the marketing inbox, the CRM and the image and video libraries
• Help run campaigns, launch events and resident community activities
• Research competitors, local schools, transport links and amenities, and help with campaign reporting

Skills & Experience Required:

• A degree in Marketing or equivalent would be ideal
• Experience of the property sector and property websites would be a huge advantage
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• A confident communicator in writing and in person
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, data and digital platforms
• Proactive, able to solve problems and happy juggling several priorities at a fast pace
• Interested in marketing, customer experience and property
