Management Accountant – Mayfair, London

We’re looking for a Management Accountant to bring financial expertise and a proactive approach to our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love crunching numbers, and want to make an impact in the real estate sector—this is your chance!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing monthly management accounts & VAT returns.
Conducting variance analysis & presenting insights to the board.
Partnering with budget holders to drive financial performance.
Financial planning & analysis to support key decisions.
Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting.What We’re Looking For:
Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CGMA.
Strong organisation skills & attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Navision/Business Central & Excel wizardry.
A proactive mindset—able to work independently & collaboratively.
