The Role
As General Manager, you’ll lead the charge in running our student accommodation as a standalone business. You’ll oversee operations, drive performance, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll be a key player in shaping an engaging and supportive environment for students from around the globe.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming space for students.
• Manage budgets and KPIs, driving financial performance and operational excellence.
• Build and lead a motivated, high-performing team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with students, universities, and stakeholders.
• Foster a vibrant community with events and initiatives to enhance the student experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in PBSA, hospitality, or related sectors is a plus.
