About the Role

As a General Manager, you’ll oversee operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive performance across the property. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll combine operational excellence with a people-first approach to create an outstanding living environment for residents and a fantastic workplace for your team.

• Proven experience in managing teams in hospitality, PBSA, or similar environments.
