Luxury Property Housekeeper
Join our prestigious team and become an integral part of our esteemed luxury property in Colchester. We take immense pride in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.
Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 13:00pm - 17:00pm
- Saturday, Sunday - 12:00noon - 16:00pm
Details:
- £12.50ph - £13,000 per annum
- Free on-site parking
- 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough initial inspections of reported faults, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Execute cleaning duties with precision and attention to detail, enhancing the luxurious ambiance of our property.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the premises, including swift removal of any graffiti.
- Utilize professional techniques to clean carpets, preserving their pristine condition.
- Document reported defects and implemented remedial actions, coordinating external contractors when necessary.
- Ensure all equipment is meticulously maintained and operated safely, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
- Manage inventory and procure replenishment stock to uphold our elevated standards.
- Prioritize safety, adhering to Health and Safety Regulations and COSHH guidelines to safeguard residents, staff, and the public.
- Participate in relevant training sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the Accommodation Manager.
