Our client, based near Winchester is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Ideally you will possess previous purchase ledger experience as this role will involve processing a high level of invoices. The ideal candidate will also be extremely enthusiastic and self-driven.Main Responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining and processing invoices
- Coding and processing invoices, including matching of invoices to goods in notes and promptly liaising with the relevant departments within the business to obtain authorisation.
- Ensuring the timely reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Reviewing debit balances
- Preparing payment runs
- Ad hoc duties when required
This role is predominantly remote working for the forseeable future, although you will be expected to have initial training in the office.
