Maintenance Operative

Ellis Knight are excited to be working with a leading residential rental and management company with operating buildings located across the UK. Our client is widely recognised as one of the leading providers of services for residential properties. They are looking for a full-time general handyman to work at their site in Crawley. This role reports directly into the onsite concierge and you will be responsible for ensuring that residents have the best rental experience and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service.

Please be aware that this is a full time role, working 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.

• Painting & Decorating
• Carpentry
• Joinery
• Tiling
• Plastering
• Basic electric
• Basic plumbing
• Gardening
• Tech-savvy for effective communication with the wider team

What you'll need:

• Good attitude, time keeping and excellent communication skills
• Able to communicate with clients and residents in professional manner
• Flexibility
• Reliable and trustworthy character
• Have your own transport and a valid UK license
• IOSH certification/H&S awareness - previous training records required
