Residential Block Property Manager
We are excited to be working with a leading corporate property manager, experienced in block and residential property management and the UK's leading student accommodation manager. They are currently looking for a dedicated individual to support the team of Residential Block Managers.
The key purpose of the role is to ensure that the properties are efficiently managed, kept in a good state of repair and that the landlords fulfil their statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site management
- Contractors and supplier's management
- Health and safety
- Financial management
- Ground rent portfolios
- Legal enquiries and general administration

- Prioritising and assessment of requirements

The ideal candidate will be AIRPM qualified or will be willing to work towards qualification from the Institute of Residential Property Management - support will be offered.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous property management experience. Good IT skills and full clean driving licence are essential.
The role will be based in Oxford but travel will be required.
