We are seeking a Tyre Fitter to work on a full time, permanent basis for a fantastic Tyre and Auto Services company in Christchurch, Dorset.

Please note that the role will involve working across Monday to Saturday for approximately 45 hours a week. There will be an expectancy to cover a Sunday on occasion - please note that double pay will be paid on these days.
You will be reporting to the Centre Manager (or Assistant Centre Manager as appropriate) where you will take responsibility for tyre fitting and tyre repairs on a variety of cars and light vehicles in compliance with company procedure and Health & Safety regulations. You will ensure the work is carried out to a high standard in line with the client's customer journey and for portraying a professional image.
The Ideal Tyre Technician must possess:- Similar experience within a previous role
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points (you will be subject to licence checks)
- The willingness to continually learn and improve your own performance
- The ability to interact with our customers effectively
- Experience in a professional workshop environment
- Act on your own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of your own work
- Behave in accordance with our core values and principles, and treat people with respect and courtesy
Skills & Qualities- Proactive approach and able to work on own initiative
- The ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- Experience of working in a similar role (qualifications desirable but not essential)
- Reliable and the ability to work to deadlines
- Friendly and approachable manner
