Stock Controller - Walsall

My client is an exciting and fast growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities.

To support the business, a wholesale distribution network of fourteen sites around the UK has been built, supplying over 6,000 retailers - this is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across 1 central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide.

We have a great opportunity for a Stock Controller to join the team in Walsall - this is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday in a multi-functional role. The hours would be 8am to 6pm.

The interesting and varied role will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Support Stock Control Manager in achieving effective control of all inbound and outbound stock as directed
• Management of Credits and Stock Transfers
• Control of records for both inbound and outbound stock
• Scanning and archiving of paperwork
• Accurate management of any issues
• General administrative and Stock Control duties as the business requires
• The role includes both office and warehouse based duties
