Plant Controller
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful and fast-growing engineering company in Swindon, who are looking for a Plant Controller.
The role:- Working as part of the operations management team to deliver agreed targets for the plant based on performance, costs, safety and quality
- Ensure the plant operates to internal and industry best practice
- Manage and analyse performance of vital machinery and systems
- Ensure that each shift is staffed and run effectively
- Management of costs and budget control
- Analysis of data
- Management, leadership and motivation of staff across all shifts
- Process improvement and sharing ideas to develop
Skills and experience required:- Ideal applicants will have experience within manufacturing production, engineering, chemical engineering or from the oil and gas industry
- Qualifications is engineering would be an advantage
- Experience within plant operations
- People management skills
- Health & safety qualification
- Ability to lead by example and project the company values
