French Speaking Customer Service Advisor
My client is a vibrant and growing company based near Abingdon, seeking a delightful candidate to join their busy customer services department as a Fluent French Speaking Customer Service Advisor. This is a full-time ongoing temporary position. High potential to go permanent.
The role of the Customer Service Advisor will involve the following responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries via email and phone
- Assist team with sales order processing
- Work closely with other departments to resolve queries
- Ensure that customers are kept informed throughout the order process
- Ensure customer data base is kept up to date
The Customer Service Advisor position will require the following skills, qualities and experience:
