Maintenance Technician

Ellis Knight are excited to be working with a globallly renowned business at their site based in Woking. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.

This role will involve the following key responsibilities:

* Ensuring that all recreational areas are safe and suitable for competition purposes
* Facilitate outdoor activities through weekly routine maintenance and repair
* General maintenance and repair of course infrastructure to ensure it is fit for purpose
* Conduct monthly range inspections as well as actioning tasks and rectifying faults identified
* Highlight any safety issues to the Safety Supervisors promptly
* Provide support to the Activity Warden when absent
* Ensure sufficient equipment is readily available for all activities
* Compliance with all relevant Health and Safety regulations

The perfect candidate will have the following skills, qualities and experience:

* A good technical understanding and knowledge with regards to outdoor sporting pursuits
* Experience as a 360 Excavator Driver
* Carpentry skills
* Welding experience
* A full UK driving license
* Trustworthy
* Good manual dexterity
* Great Initiative
* A pro-active nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Happy to commit to a role that requires physical lifting
* Superb customer service skills
* The ability to work brilliantly as a team member but also independently
