Our Company is fast growing. IT and its processes are constantly expanding in order to keep up with business demands.
This role provides our internal customers with exceptional front line technical support on the companies software platforms, assists in updating and administering backend system data and involves coordinating with other departments to ensure processes are followed. The role also requires some technical hardware support.
Key Tasks
- Provide front line support and customer service for bespoke business software(s)
- Answer the phone and respond to customer enquires through a ticketing system
- Ensure ticketing system is kept up to date with resolutions
- Maintain property management system
- Provide general hardware support
- Troubleshoot and escalate system errors
- Create and maintain user accounts
- Provide support with data entry and IT administration tasks
- Liaise with third party providers to resolve promptly software and hardware issues
- Create and maintain knowledgebase articles
- Escalate issues where required
Knowledge & Skills
- Previous experience on an IT helpdesk - ideally including software package support
- Experience working with a support ticketing system
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work to deadlines
- Calm under pressure
- Keen eye for detail
- Very organised
