A brilliant company based near Winchester are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a Temporary basis. They pride themselves on having built up a brilliant reputation providing excellent service within the automotive industry.
This role would be suited to somebody who has experience with high volume of invoices and due to the update of systems, they are looking for somebody who has expense processing knowledge too.
Main Responsibilities will be:- Maintaining and processing invoices
- Coding and processing invoices, including matching of invoices to goods in notes and promptly liaising with the relevant department(s) within the business to obtain authorisation.
- Ensuring the timely reconciliation of supplier accounts when required
- Reviewing debit balances in a timely manner, ensuring the processing any outstanding documentation
- Preparing payment runs
- Ensuring documentations are scanned to the central filing system
- Collecting and opening of post
- Ad hoc duties when required
