EllisKnight is delighted to be partnering with a leading business in Oxfordshire to recruit an experienced Finance Director. They are looking for someone that has previously held a Head of Finance / Finance Director position and ideally you would have some exposure to a multi-site environment or maybe within the hotel industry - of course, these are ideals and by no means essential!
What is essential is that you are a true leader, you understand how to get the best out of your team and you have proven experience of working within a Group structure.
You will be developing the finance strategy, be responsible for long term budgeting and forecasting and for ensuring reporting processes are reviewed and continue to be robust. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, proactively manage the financial targets and ensure complete financial compliance, working closely with the auditors to ensure financial regulatory and tax filings are executed on time.
Experienced required:- Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven Head of Finance / Finance Director experience
- Highly numerate, with strong financial planning and analysis skills
- Skilled in creating and implementing reporting processes
- Effective leadership skills
- Superb communication skills with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, evolving environment
This role will pay up to £85,000 + Benefits.
