Senior Accounts Assistant

CRM are currently recruiting a Management Accountant.
CRM Students is the UK's leading independent manager of student accommodation with multiple sites throughout the UK and manages residential facilities for corporate clients. The successful applicant must enjoy developing a professional but personal relationship with our student customer, parents, University's Accommodation Officers and our Clients.

The role is to be the main accounting contact for approximately four to five student sites. Producing a set of monthly and/or quarterly set of management accounts per site to be submitted externally to the Client to strict deadlines and client requirements.

Job Duties:

This Management Accountant Position will involve

* Preparation of Management Accounts
* Month end journals including accruals & prepayments
* Ad-hoc reporting & analysis
* Budgeting & Forecasting

The Successful Management Accountant will be:

* At Least Part Qualified (ACCA / CIMA)
* An Advanced Excel user (Strong V-Look-Ups & Pivot Table Skills are a necessity)
* Available to start immediately
* A proactive worker that is willing to help this business continue to drive forwards
