Hindu, Punjabi or Urdu Speaking Customer Service Assistant

Ellis Knight are excited to be working with an award-winning organisation that specialise in the professional management of insurance claims for damage, loss or theft of jewellery, watches, collectables and antiques. Our client pride themselves on being a customer-focused business that work proactively for their clients, and they are now looking for a lovely and vibrant Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful canidate will be joining the Asian Speaking Jewellery team and we are therefore looking for someone who can speak fluent Hindu, Punjabi or Urdu.

We could also consider part time hours for this position.

We are looking for:

• Experience in a customer service or sales environment
• The ability to show professionalism at all times and have a friendly telephone manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong numeracy and computer literacy skills
