Step into a pivotal, high-impact role at the heart of a fast-growing, high-energy tech scale-up in the property innovation space. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a young, ambitious executive team, acting as their trusted colleague to drive strategy, commercial performance and operational excellence across the business.

This is not a passive coordination role. You will be the “connective tissue” across sales, marketing, finance and tech, owning planning cycles (OKRs, roadmaps and key initiatives), holding leaders to account, removing blockers and bringing structure, pace and clarity to a rapidly scaling organisation. You’ll deputise for senior leaders in key meetings, lead cross-functional sessions, and ensure priorities, risks and issues are surfaced and acted on.

You’ll thrive here if you’ve already operated in fast-paced start-up/scale-up environments in business operations, Chief of Staff or senior EA/business management roles, and you’re meticulously organised, influential, commercially savvy and put simply the type of person who gets sh!t done!

You’re comfortable with ambiguity, highly resourceful, confident with modern CRM and workflow tools including Hubspot and Monday.com and you naturally combine assertiveness with emotional intelligence to challenge, motivate and align those around you.
