Property Operations Manager
We are a Property Investment company that helps people find investments in the Oxfordshire area and specialises in Serviced Accommodation and long-term rental management. We focus on high standards, smooth operations and great guest experience.
The Role
This is a hands-on, varied operations role working directly with the Director.
You’ll split your time between home working, property visits, and occasional days in the office.Your job is to keep day-to-day operations organised and running smoothly: coordinating cleaners and trades, supporting guests, maintaining property standards, and helping set up new units. You’ll also assist with basic admin around property purchases/refurbs and capture simple photos/videos for marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, trades and utilities
- Carry out property visits, checks and quality inspections
- Handle guest communication, quotes, check-ins and extensions
- Maintain checklists, workflows and documents
- Support long-term rental admin (renewals, inspections, communication)
- Assist with property setups (deliveries, furniture, décor, stock)
- Assist with property purchase/refurb admin and scheduling
- Capture simple photos/videos of properties and behind-the-scenes content

Ideal applicants will have a background in property operations, hospitality, lettings, admin, facilities, customer service, PA/EA — but attitude and mindset matter most.
