Senior Bids Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic property company as a Senior Bids Manager to lead high-quality tenders, bids, and client opportunities across both public and private sector markets. This role offers the chance to shape winning submissions, guide a talented team, and influence strategic decisions within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.You’ll manage two Bids Executives and take ownership of end-to-end bid management – from opportunity tracking and bid strategy through to submission and post-evaluation. Working closely with Partners, Marketing, and Business Development teams, you’ll bring creativity, precision, and client understanding to every proposal.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, manage, and deliver multi-disciplinary bids and frameworks.
- Oversee project timelines, quality, and stakeholder coordination.
- Draft, edit, and quality-assure bid responses to ensure accuracy and impact.
- Coach and mentor the bids team, promoting continuous improvement and best practice.
- Analyse outcomes to identify insights and enhance future performance.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing major bids (public & private sectors).
- Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of procurement processes.
- A creative, proactive mindset with strong leadership and organisational ability.
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver excellence.
- Experience within the property sector would be an advantage.
