Description

Implementation Manager / Project Manager / Deployment Manager / SAAS / Software / Automotive / Diagnostics

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the global deployment of our Digital Inspection Software across one of our customer’s dealer network. In this customer-dedicated role, you will coordinate the end-to-end implementation of a digital inspection platform used for construction and agricultural equipment (e.g., diggers, access platforms, loaders, etc.) across multiple regions worldwide.

As the Implementation Manager you will start working full-time on a project consisting in implementing Machine Inspection and Machine Health Check digital solutions with the global organisation. After six months this allocation will be reduced to focus on other implementation projects.

You will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects for our customer implementation for a six-month period and then work with other projects. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their project/customer management career to gain experience in a fast-paced technology environment and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the rollout of the Digital Inspection Software across customer’s global dealer network

• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for project leaders, dealer representatives, and internal teams

• Implementation Planning: Develop and maintain detailed rollout plans, timelines, and progress reports

• Configuration & Deployment: Supervise system setup, customization, and integration based on customer requirements

• Training & Change Management: Coordinate training sessions, user onboarding, and adoption strategies for dealers and staff.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor pilot rollouts, collect feedback, and ensure issues are resolved promptly

• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track usage, and report on progress and outcomes

• Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements to accelerate global adoption and improve user satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in software implementation, deployment, or project management, ideally in an enterprise or SaaS environment

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.)

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)

• Proven track record managing international rollout projects

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong organisational and analytical abilities; comfortable with planning and documentation

• Experience working with technical and non-technical teams across cultures and time zones

• Strongly desirable: any familiarity with equipment dealership operations or automotive/construction equipment industry
