Senior Leasing Coordinator – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Based in London


We’re looking for a Senior Leasing Coordinator to join our clients team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for residents as they move in, renew, or make changes to their lease. You’ll make sure every step of the process runs smoothly, while keeping systems accurate and up to date.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Coordinating new lettings and renewals from offer through to signed lease.

  • Guiding residents through the process, answering queries, and making it as simple and stress-free as possible.

  • Managing contract variations (e.g., parking, cleaning services) and ensuring changes are reflected in systems and paperwork.

  • Keeping the property management system (Qube) fully updated with lease details, charges, notes, and documents.

  • Tracking and chasing key actions such as signatures, payments, and referencing to keep deals on schedule.

  • Liaising with landlords and internal teams to ensure everything is processed accurately and on time.

  • Supporting the wider finance team with admin tasks when needed.


What we’re looking for:


  • Solid experience in property management or lettings within a customer-focused environment.

  • Strong communication skills – able to build trust with residents and explain processes clearly.

  • Organised and detail-driven – you’ll enjoy keeping everything on track and spotting errors before they cause issues.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel, with a good grasp of digital systems.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset – you’ll be quick to find practical solutions when things don’t go to plan.

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to balance priorities in a busy role.

  • Committed to great customer service, with a professional and positive attitude.
