Temporary Maintenance Operative – Student Accommodation
Location: Leicester
Dates: 26th August - 7th September (30th and 31st August are non working days)
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (8 hours/day, 11 working days total)
Pay Rate: £13 per hourWe’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Temporary Maintenance Operative to support a busy student accommodation site during a peak summer period.
Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks

Responding to maintenance requests efficiently

Supporting the site team to ensure the property remains in top condition

Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld
Requirements:

Previous experience in a general maintenance or facilities role preferred

A proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Good communication and problem-solving skills
