Temporary Maintenance Operative – Student Accommodation
Location: Cardiff
Dates: 28th July – 8th August (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (8 hours/day)
Pay Rate: £13 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Temporary Maintenance Operative to support a busy student accommodation site during a peak summer period.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks

• Responding to maintenance requests efficiently

• Supporting the site team to ensure the property remains in top condition

• Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a general maintenance or facilities role preferred

• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
