A leading name in the facilities management sector is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join their team in London. We’re seeking someone with a pro-active mindset, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. The working hours include working on a rota that includes weekends and nights availability.

The Role:

• Supervise a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation, ensuring an excellent experience for key clients and site visitors.
• Maintain site facilities to a consistently high standard in line with company policies and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor and manage supplies and equipment, ensuring adequacy in both quantity and quality.
• Foster positive, professional working relationships with colleagues, clients, and site staff.
• Provide cover during staff absences and respond to emergencies across the division.
• Deliver training to team members where required and support managers in daily operations.
• Conduct deep cleans when necessary, including carpet, upholstery, high-level, and kitchen/bathroom cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with the Time and Attendance system and create weekly staff rotas.
• Respond to customer concerns in a professional and effective manner.
• Manage budgets and expenses while maintaining accurate records.
• Drive a company van to support with the movement of materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, health & safety regulations, and site operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and solutions-focused.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Experience with workforce management systems is desirable.
