What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Act as a key point of escalation for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues swiftly.
• Mentor and guide your team, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, managing resources and tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle project costs, monitor budgets, and keep all stakeholders up to date with progress.
• Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Manage client expectations, document scope changes, and ensure any new charges are approved before proceeding.
• Take ownership of any issues that arise, leading them to resolution and keeping stakeholders informed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications with a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
• A strong technical background, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Experience in managing complex projects, handling issues, and building mitigation plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead client meetings and ensure their satisfaction at every stage.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines under pressure.
