This is a great opportunity to join a very success and fast-growing letting and property-management company, providing a market leading service to property developers and investors with UK buy to let portfolios.
The role
We are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic Lettings Consultant and this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with regular/daily travel to different sites. (Birmingham, Manchester, Derby, Nottingham and Peterborough - a car is provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Facilitate the handover of a property from developer to landlord following the purchase. Promptly collect and record keys from developers/agents.
- Snagging: Conduct thorough snagging inspections to ensure properties are delivered to the landlords in an acceptable condition, and ready for tenant occupation.
- Advertising: Take marketing photographs, videos and floor plans. Create and manage property advertisements to attract prospective tenants.
- Tenant Qualification: Actively qualify suitable tenants for our portfolio of properties.
- Viewings: Organise and conduct property viewings, providing comprehensive information to prospective tenants and feedback to landlords.
- Offer Management: Present tenant offers to landlords and manage the negotiation process.
- Property Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to maintain high standards throughout our managed property portfolio.
About You:
- Experience: Previous experience in Lettings or Property Management.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license is required due to the inclusion of a company car. Regular/daily motorway driving will be required to fulfil the role.
