Role Description
As the first People Partner, you have the unique opportunity to shape and design best-in-class people initiatives. With a broad remit that evolves alongside the organization, you'll be instrumental in building organizational and people capability, recruiting top talent, and developing departmental approaches to achieve objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and department managers to develop HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Implement best practices in recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
- Support performance management and team development through continuous performance practices.
- Lead organizational changes while ensuring legal compliance and acting as a true partner.
- Utilize data insights to continuously improve our people approach and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with Operations to design and deliver training programs for employee development.
- Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and consistency.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an HR People Partner.
- Strong ER experience.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong influencing and coaching skills.
- Experience in the PBSA/BTR industry preferable
- Resilience, adaptability, and cultural diversity awareness.
