Key Responsibilities:

• Producing monthly financial management information and providing detailed variance analysis commentary.
• Liaising with Clients and Site Staff to address accounting queries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborating with Site Staff and Head of Operations to develop annual site budgets and perform re-forecasting as necessary.
• Ensuring timely remittance of funds to clients and preparing cash flow reports.
• Providing ad-hoc reporting regarding banking covenants to ensure compliance.
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all processing and transactions for client sites.
• Assisting in the development and training of new and junior team members as required.
• Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
