Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks, including but not limited to:
- Occupier Satisfaction: Ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our occupiers, creating an environment that fosters productivity and collaboration.
- On-boarding and Recruitment: Managing the seamless onboarding of new occupiers and recruiting and leading a high-performing team.
- Supplier Relationships: Cultivating strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of our centres
- Sales Performance: Driving sales and maintaining positive relationships with agents and brokers, contributing to the growth of our business.
- Flex Processes: Implementing and optimizing flexible processes to enhance the overall experience for occupiers.
- Financial Oversight: Providing an overview of the centres’ Profit & Loss statements and implementing cost control measures.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Market Expansion: Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the marketplace to expand the offerings and enhance occupier satisfaction.
Support and Collaboration:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Partner, General Manager, Operations Manager, and FM and PM teams. You'll benefit from a supportive environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
