Sales and Marketing Assistant 


Work with us at one our client’s newest luxury student accommodation sites in Leeds!  If you have excellent rapport building skills and have strong sales experience, this could be just the place for you!


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and exciting industry. It is a beautiful, modern and vibrant site that offers impressive facilities including onsite parking, set to open in September 2024. 


This is a Full Time, Permanent position working Monday - Friday on a 3 month fixed term basis. 


You will work: Mon, Weds, Fri 9am - 5pm and Tues, Thurs 10am - 6pm 


Ideally, you will be immediately available as we are looking for someone to start no later than 25th Jan 2024. 


For this position we are seeking the following:


  • Responding to all new enquiries via email and calls
  • Assist with the development of the relationship with the local universities
  • Ensure the universities have regular updates with regards to availability and marketing updates
  • Conduct tours and convert as many viewings into sales as possible
  • Undertake room inspections
  • Attend student fairs and open days at the university
  • Keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to potential residents.
  • It would be an advantage if you have previous experience within property or lettings, but this is not essential

  • A friendly and welcoming approach and the ability to cooperate well with all students and clients in a professional, respectful and friendly manner.
  • High standards of dress and presentation.
  • Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Good administrative skills and the ability to use emails, social media and various systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
