The customer support specialist (Fluent Czech or Slovak speaker)


We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Specialists/Analyst (Fluent Czech or Slovak speaker with English) to work from our Reading office during probation (full time) moving to a hybrid structure once you have completed all training and probation (6 months) where you can work 2 days a week remotely and 3 days in the office. All applicants must have a strong work ethic to support team members and deliver exceptional customer support. (Sorry but cannot consider applicants on graduate or PSW visas. We will consider dependent visas as long as your dependent has settled, ILR or residency status only) 


The main part of the role is to support incoming and outgoing queries from/to automotive dealerships in Czech and/or Slovak speaking areas/countries.  As a frontline representative of the company, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service with every interaction and show a desire to support and resolve client issues/queries and questions. A strong attention to detail with a highly organised approach is key to success in these positions


Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist (fluent Czech or Slovak speaker):


  • Responding to phone and email enquiries in a timely fashion and according to SLA agreements

  • Logging customer queries and issues using our call logging software

  • Maintaining external and internal SLAs

  • Support, train and advise dealerships and automotive clients of services, products and processes to get the best from their agreements.

  • Data analysis and publishing financial business reporting

  • Ensuring customer service requirements and delivered in accordance to SLA agreements

  • Controlling user registration and access to the service


 


Skills of the Customer Support Specialist (fluent Czech or Slovak speaker):


  • Strong customer focus and solutions based approach

  • Strong work ethic and desire to support clients with exceptional service levels

  • Effective communication skills in Czech or Slovak (native level) and English - verbal and written

  • High level of numeracy with attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Good level of general IT (Word, excel,  etc) skills in general

  • Good problem solving skills, ability to generate possible solutions
