Purchase Ledger Clerk
In this permanent, full-time role you will be responsible for providing support for the finance team and the various sites they manage across the UK. You’ll manage our purchase order system, verifying invoices and also rolling out the system to new sites and training new users. You’ll also be responsible for identifying discrepancies in payments and posting invoices to Sage X3 accounting software.
This is a varied role which will also support other finance functions.
The role:
- Previous experience working within a Finance role, ideally in Purchase Ledger
- Experience processing and posting purchase invoices and inputting data
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite with Excel skills rated as intermediate or above
- An AAT qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
