About the Role
We are looking for a Development Coordinator to work on our PRS platform focused on single family housing. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced professional to join a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will be from a document controller or project management background with an attention to detail as well as the ability to manage multiple workstreams and smaller procurement projects.
You will be the main point of contact for all development data and documentation as well as all direct procurement orders as well as getting involved in the day-to-day activities across the whole development portfolio.
Key duties include:
- Take ownership and responsibility for all of the Development team’s data and documentation.
- Develop and maintain the early data for the management of O&M and health and safety information.
- Develop existing electronic filing system to ensure accuracy as the company continues to expand.
- Liaise with Housebuilders, Contractors and Employers Agents to ensure all documentation is in place to aid a seamless Handover process.
- Own and manage the internal Oracle programme management programming software.
- Take a key role in the management of the Development team’s input into their Property Management software.
- Take ownership of the Development teams’ procurement of direct supply items (such as Smart technology and the roll out of superfast broadband to all of their properties).
- Liaise closely with the Development Managers to ensure that all systems, data and processes are up to date as well as the procurement of the direct supply items.
- Assist the Property Management and Lettings teams where required.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Supporting the preparation of development reporting and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Carrying out ad hoc projects to aid the achievement of the Company’s objectives.
