Sales Administrator
DiSRUPT Agency are excited to be working with an amazing internationally recognised values driven organisation seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time hybrid position, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to choose the 2 days you wish to work from their stunning offices in Oxfordshire. Please be aware due to the office location you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car.
You will be supporting the sales team to smoothly run their accounts and support the Commercial Director with admin and organisation so that the team can focus on being customer-centric and unlocking sales opportunities.
This exciting and varied role will include the following key responsibilities:
- Process retailer and distributor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely administration
- Manage retailers’ weekly EPoS data and keep team up-to-date on sell-through performance
- Support Tesco and Morrison’s day-to-day account management by completing e.g. promotional nomination forms, New Line Forms etc
- Support Deals team in running of ‘brand days’ with retailers (both on and off site) and the associated organisation of entertaining
- Help ensure smooth communication with retailers through e.g. sending samples and taking store photos
- Manage the diary of Commercial Director; supporting with planning, organising and arranging of meetings
- Collate and submit expenses for Commercial Director
- Organise and book international and UK travel for Commercial Director
- Support in organising sales team offsite strategy sessions
You will need:
- Strong administration experience including diary management possibly gained as a PA.
- Strong attention to detail, super-duper organisation skills with a logical/methodical and proactive approach.
- Fantastic communication skills and an approachable manner.
- Strong knowledge of + experience of using MS Office applications – especially MS Excel.
