Product Marketing Manager for a B Corp Certified business – London based
£40k
DiSRUPT Agency are partnering with a luxury brand offering stunning commercial spaces for companies to work and enjoy themselves, they host company events, networking opportunities and a high-end location to socialise and work remotely.
The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the wider Marketing, Sales, and Commercial team to manage product launch strategies, customer management and journey, ECRM communications and go to market plans. Performance will be tracked through predefined KPIs. Take ownership of all aspects of the product & service line narratives, collateral and images both internally and externally. Define audience and target market intel for each product and continually improve through analysis and reporting. You will become an expert on the products, keeping themselves and the wider business up to date with market developments and changes within the business.
Activities include asset management for products and images, social media campaign and calendar management, ECRM campaign and messaging development, and oversight and sign off all press communications.
You are able to work from any of the 6 London sites for this role.
You will deliver this by:
- Lead new product (location & service) launches to include strategic analysis, persona, target audience and market.
- Develop the go to market plan for all products with the Commercial Director, wider marketing team and Sales.
- Implement the go to market plan for all products –managing timeline, budget and measuring tactical activities.
- Drive pre-and post-launch tracking and marketing activity.
- Develop and monitor metrics to track the impact and effectiveness of promotional activities
- Market the products and services –keeping them front of mind for brokers and the wider target audience/market.
- Assist Sales team with product queries –this will include product narrative creation, customer journey improvement and reporting.
- Project management and hands on execution of product asset creation (floorplans, images) with support from the Design Team
- Ownership of all product information and specifications –capacities, list price, images etc ensuring these are accessible to the entire team and accurate in all internal & external databases and comms.
- Manage all ECRM segmentation, scheduling, and quality control-developing campaigns and delivering collateral against the brand.
- Delivery of predefined KPIs including email Open & CTR’s through monthly reporting.
- Track and manage allocated budgets
- Manage the commercial performance of the products, analysing trends and identifying opportunities to increase revenues or margins.
- Monitoring the market key trends, conduct member surveys, competitive analyses, and track and analyse the performance of our products and category reviews
Skills, Experience & Personality:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Prior experience with Product Marketing
- Prior experience with ECRM strategies
- Prior experience of working in a start-up/SME
- Experience managing external agencies
- Experience in product launches, briefing agencies, ECRM campaign management.
- Knowledge of the UK property/flexible workspace or events market
