Sales Executive - Flexible Workspace Industry
My Client is a luxury brand offering stunning commercial spaces for companies to work and enjoy themselves, they host company events, networking opportunities and a high-end location to socialise and work remotely.
The Role:
To achieve and exceed the sales targets/objectives across company locations within United Kingdom, by developing new business opportunities whilst maintaining and growing business from existing members.
You will deliver this by (roles/responsibilities)
- Proactive calls and emails to existing or lapsed clients / brokers to build sales
pipeline
- Supporting the Sales Associate on inbound sales enquires and expediting simple
enquiries
- Support the Community Managers at each site to be able to respond, pitch, tour,
sell, negotiate and operate the CRM systems
- Work alongside the Commercial Director (CD) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) to
discuss frameworks for sales, management agreement remits and any conditions of
sales.
- Alongside the Sales Associate, be responsible for qualifying all leads across all
locations.
- Confidently liaise with the prospect, gather requirements, build rapport, and offer the
most suitable solution for them.
- Manage and schedule viewings with the relevant site team through effective
communication, conducting ad-hoc tours where necessary.
- Ensure the HubSpot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is used for
all enquiries, maintain its accuracy, and produce reports the business can utilise.
- Manage the HubSpot CRM pipelines for each location and ensure task owners
provide updates.
- Contact and re-engage with old leads and generate new leads through CRM system.
- Lead sales calling projects with the Community Managers to target local area
occupiers and businesses.
- Oversee all Private Office renewals are accurately tracked and contracted in Office
RND
- Create detailed and professional proposals to the company standard, demonstrating
excellent conversion and negotiation skills
- Work closely with Sales Associate to generate Direct Leads through your network
and a targeted direct sales approach
- Feeding into monthly reports on Key Performance alongside CD to Landlords
and Director
Skills & Personality
- Demonstrable experience of having worked in the co working sector in a similar target driven sales role would be ideal but not essential
- Proven track record of conversion of private office sales
- Proven leadership experience/skills to lead and motivate a team
- Able to work effectively/competently with computerised systems e.g.,Microsoft Office suite, HubSpot, OfficeRnD
- Experience using sales CRM systems and a good knowledge of sales reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels
