Immediate starts and ongoing needs for either a trainee or experienced Fire Door/manual door Engineers / Fitters or someone wanting to get into this type of role. Permanent positions with long term jobs security and lots of overtime available.
Disrupt Agency are an outsourced recruitment business specialising in the Property sector providing Engineers and Installers for maintenance, servicing, installing, fault diagnosis and repairs for Automatic Doors, Access Control, CCTV/Security Systems, Fire doors, Windows/Glazing, Gates and Shutters

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Servicing, maintaining, repairing and fitting/installing all types of Fire Door/manual doors.
- Fault Diagnosis
- Build trusted and service focused relationships with clients
- Assist clients with any queries/explanations of works
- Identifying other repairs and maintenance requirements and report accurately via company CRM
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Reporting and logging of parts and materials including keeping check of stock levels held within vans or allocated store room shelf
- Communicate the status of jobs to colleagues and managers
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Ensure the correct storage of equipment, power tools and materials
- Ensure Company Vehicles and Office storage areas are kept clean and tidy, in line with safety regulations
- Ensure awareness of health and safety policies and procedure including protective equipment and clothing
- Complete accurate notes on CRM/Job Management system (clik) at completion of works ensuring correct information is logged (start/finish times, materials used, work completed, recommendations additional work)
Competencies
- Previous experience (or a desire to learn) fitting/installing and maintaining/repairing Fire/manual Doors previously.
- CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, legislations, policies and procedures
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Maintains current knowledge with the latest technology
