Assistant Manager (Flexible Workspace)
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work within the flexible workspace sector, supporting the Senior Manager for the building and being the primary first point of contact for the businesses that rent or are interested in renting office space within a beautiful office in Milton Keynes.
The role:
- Main point of contact for businesses onsite
- Providing support for the Senior Manager across all areas including office tours, presenting proposals, renewal reviews, customer success and credit control
- Create a positive working community within the building where everyone feels engaged and welcome
- Provide the highest possible levels of customer service
- Conduct viewing with prospective tenants
- Support new businesses with the on-boarding and moving in process
- Community engagement events with the help of marketing and customer service teams
- Helping to ensure the Front Desk is always looking professional and staffed correctly
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards and pushing building sustainability policies
Skills & Experience Required:
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service at all times and exceeding expectations
- Experience within the flexible workspace, serviced offices, property rental sales, events or hospitality would all be welcomed
- A confident communicator that enjoys engaging with customers
- A proven track record in building and developing a community is important for this role
- Experience of working with SME’s and start-ups would be an advantage too
- Hands-On with ability to solve problems effectively and quickly
- Take great pride in where you work and the quality of service being provided
