Sales Administrator
This is great opportunity to join a global business at their European Head Office based in Reading.
The aim of the role is to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including recording details of sales, new orders, invoicing and management reporting.
The role:
- Enter and process sales and purchase orders onto the system daily
- Ensure the correct paperwork is received, stored and saved for future reference
- Information support for invoicing
- Monthly reporting and analysis of orders processed
- Add new supplier details to the system
- Act as the first point of contact for any queries that come in
- Updates and communication with other business areas
- Process improvements to increase efficiency
- Commitment to quality
Skills & Experience Required:
- A proven track record in an Administrative role
- Experience in order processing, purchasing and billing would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Process driven with a keen eye for detail
- Strong IT skills
- Experience in Export or Shipping would also be an advantage
- Ability to get in to the Reading office each day
