We have a new vacancy for a Systems Installer, supporting local authorities with an assessment of care need by providing and installing wireless monitoring of activity equipment in to peoples homes.


This is a regional role covering sites across Fife, Scotland.


The role:


  • Installing wireless activity monitoring equipment into peoples homes, supporting living properties and also care homes
  • Monitoring of between 30 - 50 installations to ensure they are working effectively
  • Review activity data and create reports for each site 
  • Attend meetings and provide support to individuals, carers, families and care professionals to help them understand the technology and how to use the data collected
  • Provide reassurance and support to individuals during the installation period
  • Plan regular service review meetings with care professionals and local authorities using the service
  • Taking real care in the work that you are doing to help support those that use the services

Skills & Experience:


  • Ideal applicants will be naturally comfortable working in the adult care sector and empathetic to those 
  • Personable with excellent communications skills to articulate plans to customers in an empathetic manner
  • Practical skills to simply install wireless motion monitoring equipment (no electrical work or power tools required)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently to complete tasks
  • Ability to analyse data and create reports that show activity and highlight any anomalies 
  • Experience in a social care role will be an advantage, but not essential
