New Business Telesales Executive
We are working with a growing technology business in Reading to help them expand their Sales Team at Head Office.
Training, career development and monthly commission are available with this role.
The role:
Using the established database to pro-actively contact prospective businesses to identify qualified sales opportunities.
You will work alongside a Senior Business Development Manager, sharing leads and qualified prospects for follow-up meetings, develop and build relationships with key contacts, maintain and update live accounts with details of developments.
Skills Required:
- B2B sales experience, ideally over the telephone.
- Confident telephone manner and experience in dealing with prospective customers at all levels.
- Positive approach, self-motivated with proven resilience.
- Organised with ability to form a detailed plan for approaching sales each day.
- Ability to establish credibility and create confidence quickly and easily.
- Ability to adopt a consultative approach and excellent communication skills.
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Interest in technology and being able to “talk tech”.
