ERP Programme Manager
EllisKnight are working with a fantastic business based in Theale, Reading who are a one the UK's largest not-for-profit charitable registered society and housing association, which supports people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs and they are proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are members of the Great Places to Work programme.
The business is currently undertaking a substantial change programme which will leverage the introduction of new ERP technologies across finance in terms of a Finance Transformation Programme (FTP).
About the role- Part of the Finance and IT Directorate reporting to the CFO, this role will provide someone with experience of ERP implementations to come and start our Discovery phase.
- Set up PMO and recruit a project team to initially comprise a business analyst and systems accountant.
- You would help gather the requirements, cost and evaluate options, and produce a business case so that the department can move forward with the procurement.
- There is a technical element to the project in terms of understanding the current system estate and estimating the resources required for data migrations and integrations, but the focus will be on understanding the organisation and its functional requirements including process mapping of 'As is' and 'To be'.
About you- Agile project management methodology experience
- Strong experience of standard business processes across finance
- Experience as a dedicated Business Analyst and as part of a significant change programme in ERP
- Previous experience working on an ERP implementation, preferably during a procurement phase
- Able to problem solve and work in a proactive rather than reactive manner
