Customer Support / Helpdesk
This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s leading independent manager of student accommodation, managing around 100 beautiful purpose-built buildings across towns and cities with Universities across all of the UK.
Our Company is fast growing. IT and it’s processes are constantly expanding in order to keep up with business demands.
The aim of this role is to provide front line support for the companies booking platform, assist in updating backend data and coordinating with other departments to ensure processes are followed.
Daily Duties:
- Provide front line support and customer service for bespoke business software(s)
- Answer the phone and respond to customer enquires through a ticketing system
- Maintain property management system
- Provide general hardware support
- Troubleshoot and escalate system errors
- Create and maintain user accounts
- Provide support with data entry and IT administration tasks
- Liaise with third party providers to resolve software and hardware issues
- Create and maintain knowledgebase articles
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work to deadlines
- Calm under pressure
- Keen eye for detail
- Very organised
- Training and on-going support will be provided as part of the company commitment to support success and development within this role.
